As an adult going to Disneyland, Toontown was one of those areas we look at from afar, waived to from the train and leave thinking, "Oh those poor moms & dads with all those kids and all that noise". Not that we never entered, but once you have waited for an hour (and then some) to meet Mickey, I find, you take your opportunities to have your picture take with him in the town square of Main St. and leave the screaming mayhem of Toontown where is belongs.... in the BACK of the park.
But once you have a little person with you who knows and loves The Mouse
and needs quality time with him, Toontown is alive and new again! Ok maybe not so new, but you find the magic where you can!
